No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to complaints filed with the Texas Medical Board. 

Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board and the State Office of Administrative Hearings, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
