No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend portions of the Parks and Wildlife Code to prohibit the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission (through proclamation or regulation) from disallowing a person from using a helicopter to take depredating feral hogs, if that person has the landowners authorization and a permit issued under TPWD 43.109. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.
