No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill requires additional information to be submitted for the Higher Educaiton Coordinating Board's Internet website showing Institution Online Resumes for each institution of higher education.  It adds additional information under the headings of Enrollment, Costs, Student Success, Baccalaureate Success, and Funding.  It would also require that the first frame of the institution's Inernet website homepage includes, in a font that is larger than the font of the majority of text on the home page, an accessible link to the institution resume maintained on the Coordinating Board's Internet website. Costs associated with the bill would be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
