No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to allow a county jailer to execute certain lawful process issued by any magistrate or court to the same extent as a peace officer upon completion of certain training.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
