The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code to repeal §43.809 (the expiration of the Freshwater Fishing Stamp on September 1, 2014). The bill would take immediate effect if the bill receives two-thirds the vote of members in both houses. Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2011.
