IN RE:	HB1125 by Burnam (Relating to a study regarding the odorization of natural gas transported in gathering and transmission lines located in populated areas.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Railroad Commission to complete an odorization study for natural gas transported by gathering and transmission pipelines in populated areas. The final report would be due on December 1, 2012. Costs associated with the study are not expected to be significant and are expected to be absorbed using existing agency resources.
