No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to reduce the time period from 30 days to 15 days for which a person is required to abate a public nuisance after being served a notice, and would commit a misdemeanor offense.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
