No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to grant limited state law enforcement authority to commissioned law enforcement officers of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. The Texas Comission on Law Enforcement Standards indicates that no fiscal implication is anticipated. The bill takes effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, otherwise it takes effect September 1, 2011.
