No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to require a commissioners court of each county in the regional water planning area to appoint one representative of the county to the regional water planning group.
 
The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
