No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

House Bill 1247 would repeal Section 2051.021, Government Code. The repeal would remove the restriction that agencies not purchase forms, bond paper, stationery, pads, or similar paper supplies that exceed 8.5 inches by 11 inches in size or a filing cabinet designed to store completed documents exceeding that size.
