No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the graduate medical training requirements for certain foreign medical school graduates applying for a license to practice medicine in this state.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
