No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to define "desired future condition," "total estimated recoverable storage" and "modeled available groundwater" and would outline the information a groundwater conservation district should consider when determining the desired future conditions of the groundwater resources in a groundwater management area.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
