No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to define "desired future condition" and would outline the information a groundwater conservation district should consider when determining the desired future conditions of the groundwater resources in a groundwater management area.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
