No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to specify that a defendant may be refunded a bail bond on order of the court and only after the defendant complies with the conditions of the bond.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
