No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to expand the maximum size for a county election precinct from 5,000 registered voters to 10,000 registered voters.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.

Burnet County reported that the bill would have no fiscal impact on the county.
