No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Texas Probate Code regarding court procedures in guardianships and alternatives to guardianship and matters relating to persons with physical disabilities or who are incapacitated.

The bill would repeal Sections 606 and 607 of the Texas Probate Code.
