No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to certain prohibited dealings between a wholesaler and retailer of alcoholic beverages. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicates that no fiscal implication from the bill is anticipated. This bill takes effect September 1, 2011.
