No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to require a local registrar to submit information relating to birth, death, or fetal death to the state registrar in person, by mail, or through the local registrar on the form provided by the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) or on the original certificate.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
