No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a state employee a leave of absence without deduction in salary for up to five working days in a fiscal year to donate adult stem cells.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
