No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would create an offense for discarding lighted litter. The provisions of the bill are not expected to result in significant additional workload for any state agencies.

Local Government Impact

Although there could be some increased enforcement costs to local governments, no significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
