No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 132 of the Education Code to add a definition of a "postsecondary program", to mean a program that requires a student to have a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
