No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Business and Commerce Code relating to certain claims against persons licensed as real estate brokers and salespersons .

Based on the analysis of the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Office of the Attorney General, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
