No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to notify Groundwater Conservation Districts if groundwater contamination occurs or is occurring in the jurisdiction of the district. The bill is not anticipated to have a significant fiscal impact on the TCEQ.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
