No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to practices and professions regulated by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. 

Based on the analysis of the Texas Real Estate Commission, it is assumed duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
