No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code relating to the Texas Code of Military Justice. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.  The Adjutant General’s Department of Texas anticipates no significant fiscal impact from the bill. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
