No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add Chapter 92 to the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to establish limitations for civil liability for an animal control agency or an employee of an animal control agency who provides medical care and treatment for certain animals that resulted in an injury to the animal from an act or omission while acting in good faith.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
