No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would direct the Texas Board of Criminal Justice to transfer to the board of regents of the Texas A&M University System certain real property. The bill would also require the board of regents of the Texas A&M University System to use the property for the benefit of the Texas Forest Service.  


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
