HB2518 by Kolkhorst (Relating to the transfer of certain state property from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to the Texas Forest Service.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would direct the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to transfer to the Texas Forest Service certain real property. The bill would also require the Texas Forest Service to use the property transferred only for a purpose that benefits the public interest of the state.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
