No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to create several state jail felony offenses if a volunteer deputy registrar knowingly distributes a voter registration application form to a person ineligible to vote or knowingly causes a completed voter registration application containing false information to be delivered to the registrar.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
