No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to provide for the sealing of the records of juveniles who are the victims of human trafficking and who have been adjudicated to have engaged in certain delinquent conduct. To the extent the bill would amend court procedures, no significant impact on judicial or juvenile probation workloads or fiscal implication to the state is anticipated. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
