HB2868 by Harper-Brown (Relating to the regulation of talent agencies.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of talent agencies and repeal Chapter 2105 of the Occupations Code.

Based on the analysis of the Department of Licensing and Regulation, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
