No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Property Code relating to prohibit a municipality or a county from enacting or enforcing an order or ordinance that would restrict or prohibit a property owner from installing a liquid propane gas tank above the ground on the owner’s property if the tank is a reasonable size to supply the residence, but could require the owner to screen the tank from view.
