No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to authorize a commissioners court to regulate the sale of food or merchandise items or the erection of a structure by a vendor that occurs on a public highway or road, in a right-of-way, or in a parking lot in an unincorporated area of a county.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
