No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupation and Transportation Code relating to preventing the fraudulent issuance and use of disabled parking placards; providing a civil penalty.

Based on the analysis of the Office of the Governor, Department of Licensing and Regulation, Board of Chiropractic Examiners and Department of Motor Vehicles, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
