No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would repeal Subchapter E, of Chapter 438 of the Health And Safety Code which requires food service establishments with on site eating areas to post a sign depicting the Heimlich maneuver. The Department of State Health Services estimates there will be no fiscal impact.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
