No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to indicate certain travel vouchers for certain peace officers are confidential and may not be disclosed under Chapter 552, Government Code. The bill would take effect immediately upon a two-thirds vote of all the members in each house. Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2011. No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.
