The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to a daily temporary private club permit for a nonprofit corporation. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicates no fiscal impact is anticipated from the bill. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
