The bill proposes to amend Section 25.0453 of the Government Code, which relates to the statutory probate court in Collin County. The proposed amendments would allow the judge to waive the requirement of the personal representative of a decedent’s estate to make and file an inventory and appraisement of the estate under specified conditions.
