No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require that the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality provide a form to be used for the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) diesel emissions reduction incentive program that minimizes, to the maximum extent possible, the amount of paperwork required.

 

Passage of the bill is not expected to result in significant costs or savings to the TCEQ.
