No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 663.051 of Government Code, relating to a child care advisory committee to advise the Texas Facilities Commission.  The bill would clarify who can be appointed to the child care advisory committee by the Texas Facilities Commission and specifies the date when the committee will be abolished.  In particular, the bill would eliminate a representative of the corporate child development fund from the committee and specifies September 1, 2021, as the date the committee will be abolished.

It is anticipated that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
