No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the authority of a psychologist to delegate certain acts to a person under the psychologist’s supervision. 

Based on analysis provided by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
