HB3448 by Aliseda (Relating to requirements for the application form for an early voting mail ballot.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require that early voting ballot application forms contain a statement informing the applicant of the eligibility requirements for early voting by mail related to the eligibility for early voting and a statement informing the application of the offense and penalty related to providing false information on an application for an early voting ballot.  It is anticipated that any costs associated with implementation of the legislation could be absorbed within existing resources.  The bill would take effect on September 1, 2011.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
