No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to require an arresting officer to attach a written statement identifying a victim of an alleged offense, if available, to a warrant issued for a person alleged to have committed an offense under Section 25.07 of the Penal Code.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
