No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Human Resources Code, Chapter 42, relating to the regulation of certain facilities, homes, and agencies that provide child-care services. The bill would add requirements regarding who may conduct the training of an employee of a day-care center or group day-care home. DFPS indicates they could implement the bill within existing resources.
