No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would repeal Sections 132.002 and 132.003 of the Civil Practices and Remedies Code, which relate to declarations. The bill would amend Section 132.001 to include the content of former Section 132.002 and to provide the revised format for declarations.  The Office of Court Adminstration and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice anticipate no significant fiscal impact to the State from the bill. 


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
