No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would eliminate or reduce the frequency of certain reports required of health and human services agencies. According to the affected agencies (Department of Aging and Disability Services, Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, Department of Family and Protective Services, Department of State Health Services, and Health and Human Services Commission), no significant fiscal impact is expected; staff responsible for preparing eliminated reports could see a reduction in workload, but it is assumed to not be significant enough to make reductions in staffing.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
