SB120 by Uresti (relating to requiring dental support for a child subject to a child support order.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code and provide that a court order related to child support contain provisions for dental care. It is anticipated that any additional costs associated with implementation of the legislation could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
