Local Government Impact
This bill would expand North Central Texas College's service area to include Graham Independent School District. To the degree this added service area is not coterminous with the college's taxing district, the college may have to assume a larger portion of the instructional costs for students residing in the newly added service area, or require a higher tuition cost of those students.
