SB209 by Zaffirini (Relating to the supervision of certain juvenile case managers.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to require a judge to supervise a juvenile case manager if one is employed by the court, but would also allow the judge to delegate the duty to another officer of the court who is authorized to conduct juvenile hearings, with the exception of a court clerk.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
