No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the revocation or suspension of the license of a physician placed on deferred adjudication community supervision or arrested for certain offenses. Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
